The 9th Amendment

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

I think that this a good amendment because it protects the rights that are not stated in the constitution, which is very important because not every little thing could be put into the constitution because it would be far too long

I think that it's funny that even attempting to become president for a convicted killer is allowed due to the 9th amendment.
