The 4th Amendment

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

I think that this amendment is extremely important addition to the first 10 due to the fact that it protects us from the police or government agencies from violating our privacy.

Wow, this guy must have obviously been doing something illegal because he blew it way out of proportion, but he is right, they have to have permission from the owner or a warrant to be on his property.

I understand that the amendment doesn't directly say that it protects against illegal search and seizure with probable cause but I feel as if it is implied
