The 10th Amendment

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

I think this amendment was very important, not just so the anti-federalists would accept the constitution, but also so what laws aren't federal laws, the states can make laws about them because the federal government can't have a law over everything, the states have to have some power as well.

Really?

I think that the people who are really for the legalization of marijuana are going just a bit overboard, so much so the federal government won't get involved, they are leaving it for the states to decide
