The 3rd Amendment

No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law. 

I don't believe that this amendment really has any use now-a-days. Many people argue that it's good to have in there in a just in case circumstances, but if a soldier really really wanted to stay in your house if we were invaded, you would have no choice due to the fact that he has a gun and military training.
