In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have Assistance of Counsel for his defense.
I think this is important because everyone has the right to a speedy and public trial. If this amendment wasn't here a lot of people would be in jail just because their skin color or maybe their religion, which shouldn't even be considered in the decision.
I think that it's crazy that this lady flip's out so much about this even though it is was a hot topic. I think that she may have been connected to the jury somehow.
I believe that this is true also. There must be some kind of limit on the things that could be on trial.
