The 11th Amendment

The Judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another states, or by Citizens or Subjects of any Foreign State.

I think this is very important because it allows individuals who wish to sue the state for some reason or another be heard by a federal court instead of a state court which could weigh the side against the individuals.

Is this guy serious? First I'm not sure what his definition of treason is, but its very construed. Also how does our media cover this stuff up? There is always things on the news about people being kidnapped. Maybe people should be smart enough to know not to go there when it's not safe.

I can't believe that the state would actually rather go to court instead of actually just complying with the ADA's regulations that were set forth.
